Thanks, Dave. Sometimes it is hard to tell whether your brain or body is talking, and which you should listen to. Fortunately, the beer and football will usually be there when you get back from your run. Mmm. Beer.

Good luck on your next phase. I know that there are sometimes that I feel really good, and I want to run more than I was planning, but I usually just stick to the plan. There are also days when I start out and think that I'm not going to be able to finish what I had planned, but I do anyway. However, when you think about it, everyone is different, so how can everyone follow the same plan? I think that you do need to listen to your body more and react to what it's telling you. But most of the time, my body is telling me to lay on the couch with a beer and watch football. Or is that my brain telling me that? I never know.
