		<description>By the way, the suggested walk time for a 3hr marathon is 10sec per mile (makes a difference; but not like a minute!). While my time on 13 mile is about the same, I don't feel as tired?! Still experimenting...</description>

I agree. I should have added in my post that my personal opinion is that the run-walk-run method could be beneficial for slower or less fit runners, but doesn't seem like it would be helpful at all for elite runners or even recreational runners that are very fit.</description>
