Last High Mileage Week

It’s week 21 of my 24 week marathon training plan. This is the probably the hardest week of the entire 24 weeks, as it includes:

Any easy paced 9 mile run (done Tuesday)
An interval workout (done Wednesday)
An 11 mile run, with the middle 7 at half-marathon pace (scheduled for tomorrow)
