		<description>Very interesting!  Of particular interest is the DVT.  Besides having MS, I also have some funky blood that is prone to clots, so I take blood thinners every day.  I used to donate blood all the time until I was diagnosed with this.  It&#039;s called Factor V Leiden 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Factor_V_Leiden and the disease itself was only discovered in 1994.  I did have a clot once about 10 years ago, but nothing since I&#039;ve been on the blood thinners.
As far as exercising outside when it&#039;s cold, I Love It!  Once you get the blood flowing and warmed up, it is no big deal.  I&#039;d rather run in 25 degree weather than 85!</description>
