- Improve Your Core Strength - ‘Plank’ workout from RunningPlanet.com. I do basic planks at least once a week, and I’m going to start adding in their tougher variations.
- Yoga For Runners - Runner’s World has a new section on yoga for runners that looks promising. There’s already an article up that talks about the best poses for marathoners.
- Yoga Cross Training - From Yoga Journal, information about how yoga can strengthen your body and mind to make you a better runner. I especially liked the information on using breath awareness to reduce tension.
